My journey to becoming a notary actually started about ten years ago. At the time, I was exploring the world of house flipping and looking for ways to build something of my own. I discovered notary work along the way, but financially, I wasn't ready to take on the house-flipping world—or build a business around it. The idea of becoming a notary was put on the shelf while I continued working at Worlds of Fun.
Years later, while exploring digital marketing and looking for a new direction, I came across the idea of becoming a mobile notary. It immediately clicked. That same night, I decided to stop thinking about it and take action. Before I went to bed, I had completed the state test and paid for my bond and state commission.
What really drew me to mobile notary work was the opportunity to help people when they need it. Important documents often come at important moments in people's lives, and being able to bring professional notary service directly to them felt like a business I could believe in.
At the time, I was also driving for Uber, so becoming a mobile notary made practical sense. I could carry my notary supplies with me and build the business while continuing to work. What started as an idea years earlier had finally found the right time and the right opportunity.
Today, MyStamp Notary Solutions is focused on building a professional mobile notary business serving individuals, businesses, and organizations throughout the Kansas City area.
